Our People
Jonathan Duffy
Jonathan co-founded Sunny Hill For Good with the ambition of securing the future of the former Bruton School for Girls site and creating the Sunny Hill Rural Innovation Campus. He is passionate about transforming this remarkable site into a lasting legacy that will benefit future generations across Somerset.
With more than 35 years of leadership experience in business transformation, strategic leadership and community development, Jonathan leads the project by bringing together partners, businesses, funders and the wider community to turn an ambitious vision into reality.
Lizzy Fone
Lizzy is co-founder of Sunny Hill For Good and an Old Girl of Sunny Hill (Bruton School for Girls). Her career has spanned education, finance, law and diversity and inclusion, with a particular focus on improving outcomes for rurally-based young people with SEND and other additional needs.
Through her consultancy, she works with families, schools, charities, universities and employers to develop neuro-inclusive systems and practical solutions to complex situations. As a trustee and strategic adviser, she also supports several community organisations with governance, fundraising and development.
Lizzy's vision is to create a sustainable, community-owned campus that honours Sunny Hill's legacy while serving future generations through learning, wellbeing and opportunity.
Sara Habron

Everyone involved is this amazing project is currently giving their time voluntarily.
No salaries are being paid from
community donations.
Sara is the newest member of the team and also a Bruton School for Girls Old Girl. Sarah brings a wealth of experience in fundraising and works as a Climate Justice & Environment Advisor and Trustee for A Rocha, UK. Sarah is highly experienced in SEND and grant funding and is helping us bring this exciting project into reality.
